KVL specializes in traffic control designs that implement temporary traffic control closures around the contractor’s location of work in the cities Right-Of-Way. Our experienced traffic planners are capable of designing traffic plans as well as assisting you through the permitting process in multiple cities. Each traffic control plan is designed to adhere to California Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (CA M.U.T.C.D), the Work Area Traffic Control Handbook (WATCH Manual), or the California Joint Utilities Traffic Control Manual (CA JUTCM). We work closely with PE Civil and Traffic Engineers for traffic plans that need stamps by request of the city and offer the following standard sizes: 8.5” x 11”, 11” x 17”, and 24” x 36”.
Don't like dealing with the process of permitting? We here at KVL are experienced with obtaining permits from local cities in Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County. We know the necessary steps it takes with obtaining encroachment permits and can assist you with permitting for your next project.
